If nothing else, spending a week with Verizon LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 we believe in three things:
1 This is the best ever released tablet that uses the Android operating system.
2 I do not think I'd ever buy a tablet that did not have internet connectivity baked in.
3 I need a pill for personal use.
Last thing first: You can not imagine how this is great for carrying on the internet and applications, and music, and what is not in your rukama.Laptop not start to fast and not so portable. I can see now why my friends are both laughed them to spend extra money for what I thought was redundant devices.
Boy, was I wrong. I really enjoyed the Samsung, and how it changed my habits.
Tablet runs the latest Android OS, 3.1 Honeycomb. It got a 2.0 megapixel camera on the front, which is fine for video, a competent 3.0 megapixel camera on the back. I was at an event recently and need to make a copy of the chart. No one had extra paper copy and the nearest copying machine had too much to walk. I took a picture with the card and discovered the perfect version of the letter. As well as paper, no paper.
can you paint with your phone, but it would have been difficult to read without pinching and zooming all over the place, which gets heavy after awhile. This thing appears in actual size. It was incredible. If I was near Best Buy, I would've been breaking out a credit card right now.
tablet is 10.1 inches long by 6.9 inches high, longer than the iPad 2, and it is also thinner than Apple's incredibly slim tablet. The screen is gorgeous and extremely sensitive. Movies look great. High def YouTube videos look great. Running Flash, for me, was not a problem (it did suck on the battery though ).
Total battery life is pretty good, although I wished for better. Using WiFi, I could only get about 7-71/2 hours of playing games, watching YouTube, streaming music, etc. With the built-in Verizon 4G running, he got about half that in the medium used (4G is not your friend, batteries, at least now ).
I found myself taking the power cord with me most times I went from home (but I never ran out of cards during my tests ).
and the Galaxy is sensitive. You can pinch to zoom in on this thing and started to zoom. The sound? Not bad with some pretty good bass. It will not replace your home speakers, but you'd expect from something half as thin as a remote control? There are a pair of headphones that comes in a box, with Apple as a plug-in cable (although the black ).
I did some videochatting with some friends on the iPhone 4 like a cool app called Tango, and it worked well. E works well with Gmail, as you might expect, is baked in and working wonderfully.
You have five screen that you can configure most any way you want and information are wonderful. Pair this with a bluetooth keyboard for most people, there will be a computer that I need.
The only Gripe I have here is a lack of applications to tržištu.Ipad has tons of applications. Tablet applications, until now, for Android are scarce. This should improve over time, but for now I know that Sammy Tab is really going to be about basic things like e-mail, web, images.
Well, I actually had another Gripe.Tableta is a bit awkward to hold when reaching the elongated položaju.Moć and volume buttons also are located where they will hold a card in landscape mode (like when watching a movie). web site set up fine, but it just feels a bit strange, especially after the iPad, which seems to feel like Steve Jobs would like to say, "just right ."
But one thing I liked most about Sammy Tab and one thing I take away from my week with the device (thanks to the Verizon people in Spartanburg, SC, to send me one) is this:
When I buy my pills, and I will one day soon, I have one that can connect to the net.
Verizon's 4G is an evil, crazy fast. I was getting upload speeds of 5 Megs and download speeds of 20 years. My home internet is about 1.5 and 13 below. Verizon's 4G screams. Web pages loaded to the card so quickly that I did not want to use WiFi at home (of course, if you were paying for 4G, watch those data caps ).
a lot of my friends are using WiFi hotspots to their phones to power their iPads on the road. In this way, disabled the phone and the battery really bad crimps. You pay $ 20 for the general benefit.
So, consider this instead: You can get two gigs tablets online from Verizon for $ 30 ($ 25 from AT & T) and leave the phone alone. Non-4G Verizon phone can not do nothing but give the hotspot when in this mode anyway. I think it's worth the extra $ 10 that pill internet-capable (plus $ 100 or so more 3G and 4G equipment costs compared to WiFi version ).
and the beauty of data plans can buy only when you need it.
In addition, some people experience May as a tablet so i can find them portable enough to trash smartphone and get the stupid phone, at great cost savings. In this way, you can use the tablets for portable e-mail, and Internet applications and use the stupid phone calls. That way you can save some serious cash.
If anything, this week with Galaxy 10.1 me think about doing exactly that. Also re-confirmed, beyond doubt, that I want - I do not -. Buy yourself tablet
