When productivity matters, system or process you have in place to keep up with their demands. For the mobile professional carrying a laptop around is not always working and rarely the most convenient way to increase your productivity. As for the paper based planners and inventory of its bulk and limited options are rapidly slow down even the best laid plans.
Fortunately, the evolution of smart phones reached a tipping point. Much more than a means of mobile communications, smart phones are powerful and effective way to maximize your productivity. I have explored and experimented with a number of smart phones and landed squarely on the Android OS. Not just to handle my needs for communication, but also help design and implement their organizational and productivity systems.
As a small business owner for part-time jobs, Sales Manager for a Fortune 250 international corporations, an official in my hometown, my husband and a father or two, my time has to be maximized, and productive organization. With the help of several applications on my Android based phone, I can fulfill all the tasks I need for my business life, and still have enough quality time for my personal life.
Here's how I do it.
Google Apps
Android OS integrates with many free Google Apps. What is most important for productivity, the Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Tasks, and voice. Each of these applications are free and require only a set Google account.

Google Docs allows me to store files for future review, and share files for collaboration. Being responsive to my clients is crucial in my area and have the ability to accommodate collaborative files sent directly to my phone it gives me a chance to get back to customers quickly and accurately.
Google Voice is by far my favorite Google App.App Google Voice, which is a free download from the Android Market works flawlessly with my Voice account. Not only can I get transcripts of your voicemail sent directly to your phone, but can also set more outgoing. I have a message specifically for clients, my business partner, family and friends, as well as unknown pozive.Razina personalization is incredible, and if used creatively, can make an important client feels like they are the most important person in the world. Being able to manage and edit all of my Google Voice features of my phone is a powerful productivity enhancement that I now depend on for my business.

As I have already used or owned by a variety of smart phones, I feel confident when I say that the Android OS and a myriad of free applications provide powerful and effective combination of increased productivity available. Although there are many other applications for the Android OS and other smart phones, this combination has worked wonders for me and my work. Moreover, any app I've listed here are 100% free!
