Travelling With An Android - Quick Guide To Some Great Applications for Newbies

I'm always afraid of Android phones will be all the hype and overrated, mainly because it is said that the Android platform itself is seemingly fragmented because there were several versions running on different phones, then the application is not always the water as well as they should be on all phones. Android itself is a tad immature compared to the long proven reliability and standardized interfaces Symbian-powered, most Nokia phones. But over the years, gone obsolete platforms as manufacturers catch up.
I would be Nokia brisk all the time, but eventually relented and moved to the Android phone for about 3 weeks ago, as well as many fast-growing legion of fans Android. I thought I would hang on to my trusty Nokia 5530 a little longer, but I think the temptation of accepting that green little robot was too high. Customization is the name of the game in technology these days after all. My Nokia has done many things for me, and I particularly rely a lot on it when I travel. After you unlock with a simple hack to give me access to the full capacity, I loaded it with tons of applications or 'apps' as they are usually called. When I bought my 'el cheapo' Chinese made, the big bang-for-buck, Android 2.2 powered ZTE Blade, I was hoping to beat my Nokia in terms of usability due to the hundreds of thousands of free applications in the 'free market' . Well, the iPhone has more applications, but hey I never actually pulled the iPhone camp for some reason, maybe because I think I like the underdogs more support! After the phone for three weeks, I have to admit that Android does not disappoint, and I'm quite pleased to learn that he lived up to its hype.
I like to keep my application to count to a minimum. I usually install applications that are useful in organizing my life, or when I travel. If you are a newbie to Android and feel overwhelmed by the massive Android Market, here is a brief list of some great Android apps (I have installed them all), if you happen to be good, absolutely minimalist like me who appreciates a powerful, easy to use, the quality of applications. the bad news is that some apps are free and better applications or those with advanced features often required to 'root' phone, which means that it performs a simple "hack" to give full, "super-user's ability to phone, you can install any app or other modified phone firmware with unlimited access. Rooting can also lead to loss of phone warranty, so you can be a good idea to root your phone right out of the box before it ensures that no hardware or software errors. it is better to give your phone to run for a few weeks before cheered, just to be on the safe side. Giving the details is not necessary here because there are a zillion pages on the Android application, install custom Android firmware and rooting for Google.

"APK" file on your PC, transfer over the phone, just run the file and install. This way I can research and review of applications prior to installing better. There is no way the list above the best. The functions can be the same across similar programs but the user interface and personal preferences vary. i love the simplicity and speed, but go with what you want and need. Android is easy enough to hang off. I did not turn into a monster since I got telefon.Platforma is also constantly evolving, and it can only get better with time.
