Adobe Air for Android Now Available in Android Market - New Frontier

After being released in February this year, there was much anticipation in the months that followed, but the long wait finally came to an end as a free version supported by Adobe AIR has been launched. This came as news to many developers especially those that use Flash Builder or Flash Professional CS5, because it means you will now be able to publish AIR applications directly from the Android Market. Unfortunately, this newly released version is not compatible with the common packages that are designed for desktop computers, which means that users will generally be limited to programs that are developed specifically for this version. Fortunately, despite the fact that only hit the market, but there are quite a number of applications that are developed and more and more are cropping up everyday.

The only real unfortunate thing is that most Android users will be able to participate in these celebrations, and not for any technical reason other than the fact that little or no idea what Adobe AIR is all about. To give you a brief insight into what it means for you, I'll give you a brief definition and history of some of the air.

Of course, everyone knows Adobe AIR and stands for Adobe Integrated Runtime, which is a cross platform runtime environment for the development of Internet applications. Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, Ajax, and even more all of HTML may be used for this purpose when using klima.Razlika air between web applications and traditional type is the fact that while previous applications were simply run through the browser AIR applications can easily be arranged on the desktop as well as a regular application. Of course, this also means that the program will need to be installed on the user's system, but it also means that it is much easier for applications to access data about the users of the system files that are flexible unlike browser-based applications.

Since 2007, there were at least nine different versions of Adobe AIR are released, including "Adobe AIR 1.5 Linux" which was the first stable release of air that is released for the Linux OS that was very popular with many independent / freelance programmers and developers. Adobe AIR for Android is now the latest to join the family of 'broadcast', because it has only recently hit the market so far has been getting rave reviews from users.
